We loved the central location, perfectly situated for exploring this city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the stylish bedroom layout that felt more like a suite to the clean and well-maintained common areas. The parking on site was convenient, especially in the chilly weather. And the friendly staff made us feel welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable.

The staff, especially Laura Petrovic, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly for us. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the Hudson for a river cruise. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and well-decorated rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and the internet worked great. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the Capitol and Empire Plaza. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The spacious room had separate living and bedroom areas, with a desk/tv stand in the middle. The staff went above and beyond, helping me with any request and even calling a taxi for me. the best part was the convenient location and the fantastic service.

The hotel's location right next to Capitol Park was perfect for my visit to the state buildings and courts. the cleanliness of the room was impressive and the hotel facilities, including the newly renovated lobby, had a great mix of charm and modernity. Parking was convenient at a nearby garage and the check-in process was fast and efficient. The in-room amenities, such as the tea and coffee maker and reliable wifi, added to the overall comfort of my stay. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered good options at a reasonable price.

The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment I checked in until I checked out. They even gave me a free upgrade without any special reason! The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I needed, including USB power charging. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions, such as the Times Union Center and the beautiful Capitol Building.
